The duplex flat in Brussels is central located, 120 m2, on the 3rd and last floor of a small old building (very quiet). Two bedrooms and a small room upstairs are under renovation right now, but should be finished by Christmas. The kitchen and the bathroom are functional eventhough a little bit old.
We also have a 70 m2 appartment in Wiesbaden, near Frankfurt : one bedroom and possibility for two persons to sleep on a couch. Bathroom and kitchen are brand new. 2 toilets, balcony.
You can enjoy from both flats during your journey !

Brussels is 1h15 by train from Paris and 2h from London.

The neighborhood in Brussels, Saint-Gilles, has become the last years one of the favourite outgoing places of the city for artists, intellectuals, bobos (bourgeois bohemian), etc. The flat itself is situated in a quiet multicultural area, near to Gare du Midi. Public transportation is 5 minutes away, you can get everywhere very easily, the international railway station is 10 minutes away. 5 minutes to a big park, very nice to wander. 30 minutes to Grand Place.
The flat in Wiesbaden is central located, 5 minutes to the center, in a very quiet and green area. Public transportation is about 5 minutes away, and railway station 10 minutes away. Wiesbaden is 40 km from Frankfurt, 90 km from Heidelberg and 150 km from Cologne (Köln). The area outside the city is very green and there are lots of possibilities for walking tours in the region.
