c'est une chambre grande lumineuse avec du parquet , un lit, une commode simple blanche.
c'est une coloc de 3 personnes au total avec vous. Il y a un alemand de 30 et une polonaise de 30 ans aussi.
par mois c'est £479 avec l'eau et la taxe d'habitation incluse. je paye £20 d'electricité/3 mois, leprix du gaz cela depends si c'est l'hiver ou non c'est un prix normal car chauffage au gaz.
il y a un joli salon en commun une cuisine séparé sans table wc séparé salle de bain.
c'est un prix tres intéressant, vraiment pour le quartier de Brick Lane, là ou l'onva pour sortit, voir des galeries whitechapel gallery est a 10 minites à pied.
la station de métro est Liverpool street station old street shoredich hight street (2 minutes a pied)

We have a room available in our flat off Brick Lane from 16th December.
It's an amazing flat in a great location for a pretty reasonable price. We've had the flat amongst friends for about 5 years and get on really well, so keen to find someone who fits in well. We live independently, but share common friends and occasionally do stuff together. To share with Sophie, a French media technician, 34 and Philipp, a German architect, 30.
The room:
· Double bed
· Small built in wardrobe
· Wooden floor, white walls
· Desk
· Window double glazing, facing the deck, so it's not super sunny.
· Rent (1st of the month) is £479 includes council tax and water, 1 month
deposit plus last 2 wks rent for November £239.50.
· Gas, electricity, broadband, landline extra
The flat
· 1st floor in 1930s council block between Brick Lane and Commercial Street
(it's pretty safe though, and we never had problems)
· Nice shared south facing living room (also wooden floor)
· Smallish kitchen with washing mashine, gas cooker, oven, fridge, freezer
· Bath, separate toilet
The place is very central, 1 minute walk to Shoreditch High Street Station (Overground). Old Street, Aldgate East and Liverpool Street are all within a 12 minute walk. Also within walking distance are Spitalfields Market, Truman Brewery, Whitechapel Gallery, Hoxton Square etc, etc.
