We are looking to swap our Paris apartment with an apartment in Beirut.
Duration: minimum 1 month / maximum: 1,5 month
Period: anytime between March 15th and May 5th or anytime between May 20th and July 15th.
Location: 64, rue Philippe de Girard. 75018 Paris. Metro: La Chapelle, Marx Dormoy or Gare du Nord ( 10mn walk)
Apartment description: The apartment is about 80 square meters but only 50 square meters in "Loi Carrez" : the apartment is under the roof and in France eveything below 1,80 m high doesn't count in Loi Carrez (I hope it makes sense to you...). It is very, very sunny, really pleasant and beautiful. There's an open space ( living room + 2 office spaces + fully equiped kitchen) + 1 small bedroom + bathroom with a bathtub + separate toilets. There are large windows everywhere. We are right under the roof (6th floor no elevator!) with two small windows on the ceiling. Working fireplace. Fast connection internet. Only one requirement: to take care of our plants!
